Make Your Own SOAP!

Goal of the workshop
Make Your Own SOAP is a successful 2-session team-building program, in which the group of participants is assigned the project of producing a soap opera episode about its own team. The aim is to see each other from a completely different perspective (in front of the camera) and to cooperate beyond the usual boundaries. The workshop also produces a lasting result in the form of the team’s own episode on DVD.

Approach of the workshop
Under supervision, the participants will write a rough script, identifying current internal issues as key issues. A lot of intrigue, crime and love will be added to this, and a creative warm-up organized to create the right setting.
In the second session, the episode will be filmed with the aid of a professional cameraman, with the actors coming from the team. The surrounding environment will be used for the scenes (woods, office, hotel, lounge, etc.). The soap opera episode will be put onto DVD with music and a leader, and sent to the team at a later date.

The fee
The standard fee for this two-session workshop is € 500 per person. This includes materials, supervision and support by De Baak, and excludes VAT and accommodation package costs.
