There is no dedicated luggage storage on the estate, but we are happy to help you find a suitable space for temporary storage.

No, only assistance dogs are permitted in our meeting rooms and hotel rooms.

Each room includes a bathroom with a bath or shower, toilet and hairdryer. You will also find a television and free Wi-Fi.

Yes, Landgoed de Horst offers over 30 rooms suitable for meetings, training sessions or other business events. Landgoed de Horst offers 40 double rooms and 73 single rooms.

Do the hotel rooms have a fridge?

Accepted Answer

Our rooms are not equipped with fridges. However, you may store medications, breast milk or special dietary foods in our kitchen’s refrigerator. Please inform reception at check-in if this is required.

Are the rooms equipped with a kettle or coffee maker?

Our Eb & Vloed rooms include a kettle. You can also enjoy complimentary coffee and tea at our self-service machines located in the lounges throughout the numerous buildings.

Our rooms do not have a balcony, but we offer several spacious terraces across the estate. These include our sunny terrace at the rear of the manor house and the sheltered terrace behind the Banning building, both perfect spots to sit outside and relax.

Breakfast is available from 7:30 to 10:00 AM on weekdays and from 7:30 to 11:00 AM at weekends and on public holidays.

Yes, our chefs will create a special menu tailored to your dietary requirements if these are communicated when booking your stay.

Are you staying with us as a business guest? All included meals are arranged in advance together with your event organisers. Of course, you may also book a table independently through reception or a member of our restaurant staff.As a leisure guest, you’re welcome to reserve a table at our restaurant via our website, reception or one of our restaurant team members.

Landgoed de Horst has four parking areas, which guests may use free of charge.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a parking space. The estate has over 500 parking spots.

Are there electric vehicle charging stations?

Yes, electric charging points are available. These are compatible with Fastned, Allego, Shell Recharge, IONITY, and Ladenetz cards.

Is your location easily accessible by public transport?

Yes, Landgoed de Horst is easy to reach by public transport. From Utrecht Central Station, take bus 50 and get off at the Akkerweg stop, which is a five-minute walk from the estate. Alternatively, you can take the train to Driebergen-Zeist Station.

Where can I hire a bicycle?

You can rent a bicycle at the hotel reception. Choose between a regular bicycle or an e-bike. E-bikes cost €29.50 per day; regular bicycles are €5 per hour or €15 for a full day.

Next to our manor house is a covered and CCTV-monitored bike shed.

You can pay by debit card, credit card or in cash. Please note that we do not accept €200 and €500 banknotes for cash payments.

Can I buy a gift voucher from you?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift vouchers. However, you may book and pay for an overnight stay on someone else’s behalf.
