The Autumn Package runs from 23 September to 21 December
Golden and amber leaves fall slowly from the trees, forming a colourful backdrop to the season. While autumn roars outside, you’ll be warm and dry on our estate. Set your obligations aside for a while and relax during your two-day stay in Driebergen.
To start your stay off right, we’ll serve you a three-course dinner on the day of arrival at our restaurant Kontrast. It tastes even better after a refreshing walk through the woods on our estate or in the surrounding area.
Besides the colours and scents of autumnal forests, there is much more to experience in Driebergen this season. Discover the art, culture, and history of the heart of the Netherland: impressive castles, grand country houses, charming villages, and above all, a warm welcome
Wake up to views of the Utrecht woodlands: from your room, you can walk or cycle straight into the private forest of Landgoed de Horst. And even inside your room, an adventure awaits with a unique story told through visual art, photography, poetry or music. Outside, the forest comes alive in vivid autumn colours.
Each room features a bathroom with a bath or shower, a toilet, and a hairdryer. In addition, all rooms include a television and free Wi-Fi.
You can park your car free of charge on our estate, using one of our three car parks. A covered bike shed with charging points for e-bikes is also available.
Visiting for the forest or for the culture? In Driebergen, you don’t have to choose… you’ll find both! From Landgoed de Horst, it’s just a few minutes drive to Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. Whether by bike or on foot, let yourself be guided along winding paths, take in beautiful landscapes, and enjoy wide-reaching views.
The Utrechtse Heuvelrug is best known as a nature reserve, but its charming historic villages and (museum) castles are just as much worth exploring. Looking to dive even deeper into culture? The city of Utrecht is just a short distance away. Stroll through its atmospheric streets, visit one of the many museums, and end your day in one of the inviting cafés or restaurants.
The Utrechtse Heuvelrug has so much beauty and flavor to offer, and we’re happy to share the highlights with you. That way, you’ll never have to search long for a great restaurant, a scenic walking route, or an active outdoor experience. If you have any questions, our reception team will be happy to point you in the right direction.
