Our new food concept

Over the past few months, we’ve worked with great enthusiasm alongside We Design Food to renew our food concept – the philosophy behind everything we serve you.
Together, we’ve developed a concept that reflects today’s spirit and embodies our core values: Personal Attention, Sustainable Entrepreneurship, Vitality, and Tempt & Distract.

With Kontrast, we focus on five pillars:

We choose sustainability and care for our environment – without ever compromising on taste or quality. At any moment of the day, we offer dishes that energise, comfort, restore balance and, above all, taste absolutely delicious.
Whether it’s a nutritious breakfast to start the day well, a light lunch to keep you focused during a training session, or a delightful dinner to unwind after an intensive day – we’ve got you covered.

Lunch

We serve our lunch in a shared style: large platters at the centre of the table, featuring fresh, generously filled salads, homemade soup, a warm dish and bread with dips. Vegetables take centre stage in our menu, with dishes that are both familiar and surprising – such as a house-made vegetarian dish or a seasonal vegetable broth.

Dinner

Our dinner concept revolves around togetherness and sharing. We serve classic main courses like stews and grilled vegetables, complemented by crisp salads and small starters to enrich the meal. Each dish is crafted with attention to detail and flavour, using seasonal ingredients and products from local suppliers. There is always a choice between vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
